Elite sporting
line-up to launch exclusive report on exercise for strong bones
at media forum to mark World Osteoporosis Day - October 20, 2005

Representatives from Australia’s elite sporting
and medical arenas will join forces on World
Osteoporosis Day to engage in some ‘Sport
Talk For Strong Bones’, followed by the ‘Make
It Or Break It Bone Games’.
They will highlight how different forms of exercise across the life
span will help prevent osteoporosis from continuing to escalate
and launch ‘Make It Or Break
It’ – an exclusive International Osteoporosis Foundation
(IOF) report focusing on the importance of exercise for building
and maintaining strong bones.
